Can I change or cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Manage billing from your account. Plan changes are handled through the billing provider; cancellation stops renewal while preserving access through the paid period.
What happens when I reach the endpoint limit?
Existing endpoints keep their scheduled checks. Gapis prevents adding another endpoint and shows the limit clearly; it does not silently delete or stop monitoring an existing one.
Do prices include VAT?
Displayed prices exclude any tax that the billing provider must calculate for your location. The checkout screen shows the final amount before payment.
Is a card required for Free?
No. Payment details are requested only when you choose Operator or Fleet.
